Pam is honestly the queen of extensions and colour. I legitimately believe that this woman’s work is absolute magic. I’ve spent years trying to find someone who is not only reliable but also consistent in her work and knowledgeable in the products she uses. The extensions she uses are so luscious and lasted me a long time. I love that each time I have a service, I always feel like it is thorough and I leave feeling so pampered. Pam exceeds my expectations every damn time. 🩷

Pamela is one of a kind! Exceptional service everytime. I am one hell of a fussy client and never really know what I’m after but I whole heartedly trust her and she exceeds my expectation every single time. There is no one I trust with my hair more than her, and may I add she is quite humorous so it makes the hours of sitting in the salon so much more worth while. LOVE her space and the community she has created 👏

Frequently asked questions.

What types of hair extensions do you offer?

I offer three types of hair extensions, each suited to different needs:

• Invisi Wefts The best choice for most clients. These sit the flattest to the scalp, making them comfortable, discreet, and highly versatile. They’re applied using tiny beads and stitching—no glue, no tape—which means less damage and longer wear. They provide the most natural movement, can be worn up or down, and last the longest.

• Invisi Tapes – These are virtually invisible and work well for fine hair. Tapes lie flat against the scalp but need more frequent maintenance (reapplied every 6-8 weeks) as they grow out. They’re a great option for clients who prefer a quick and easy application.

• V-Light Extensions – A short-term option best for special events. These are lightweight and perfect for face-framing areas where wefts can’t be placed. However, they don’t last as long, and shedding can start within a few weeks, making them less suitable for long-term wear.

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, I offer free consultations to discuss what will work best for your hair type and lifestyle.

FAQ image

How long do hair extensions last?

Lifespan depends on the type of extensions and how well they’re cared for:

Invisi Wefts – 9-12 months, with proper care. Maintenance/relifts every 6-8 weeks.

Invisi Tapes – 9-12 months with proper care, but need to be repositioned every 6-8 weeks!

.• V-Light Extensions – 2-6 weeks before shedding starts, making them best for short-term use.

Darker shades tend to last longer because they go through less chemical processing.

Will extensions damage my natural hair?

No, when applied and maintained correctly, extensions won’t damage your hair. The key is choosing the right method, following aftercare, and keeping up with maintenance. A common concern is thinning or breakage, but damage only happens when extensions are too heavy, applied incorrectly, or left in too long without care.

Invisi Wefts are the safest option because they sit flat, distribute weight evenly, and don’t require glue or tape, reducing tension on your natural hair. Shedding when extensions are removed is completely normal—those hairs were already naturally falling out but were held in place. Your hair continues to grow as usual underneath.

Keeping up with 6-8 week maintenance appointments and using the right products will ensure both your natural hair and extensions stay in great condition.

FAQ image

Can I heat-style my extensions?

Yes! You can curl, straighten, or wave them, but keep these tips in mind:

• Use heat protection before styling to prevent dryness.
• Keep heat settings below 180°C to avoid weakening the hair.
• Avoid direct heat on beads or tapes, as it can cause them to slip.

* Try keep heat styling to once or twice a week, making sure you're applying your recommended hair serum every other day.

If you heat-style frequently, consider heatless styling methods such as; braiding damp hair overnight for waves or heatless curls tools to extend the lifespan of your extensions.

How do I take care of my hair extensions?

Good aftercare will extend their lifespan and keep them looking natural:

✔ Wash 1-2 times per week with sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner.

✔ Avoid protein-heavy treatments, keratin, and alcohol-based products, as they can dry out the hair.

✔ Brush daily with a soft bristle or extension brush, starting from the ends and working up.

✔ Apply a lightweight serum daily to keep the ends moisturised.

✔ Book a maintenance appointment every 6-8 weeks to keep them secure and prevent tangling.

FAQ image

How long does a keratin smoothing treatment last?

Keratin treatments typically last 4-6 months, depending on how often you wash your hair and what products you use. Using sulphate-free shampoo will help prolong the results. This treatment won’t permanently straighten hair but will significantly reduce frizz and make styling easier.

FAQ image

How often should I get my colour done?

It depends on the technique:

• Blonde roots – Every 6-8 weeks to keep regrowth seamless.

• Balayage/lived-in colour – Every 8-10 weeks, since it’s designed to grow out softly.

• Regrowth tint – Every 6 weeks for consistent coverage.

Using a colour-safe shampoo and reducing heat exposure will help extend the life of your colour.
