Salon Policies
Hair Extension Appointments
Deposit Requirement: For all new set hair extension appointments, a 30% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day.
Cancellation Policy: In case of any cancellations or change of mind, the deposit will be voided.
Appointment Etiquette
Arrival: Due to limited space, we kindly ask clients to arrive at appointments alone.
Post-Service Adjustments
Adjustment Window: If adjustments are needed for color or length, please contact Pamela Pilakis Hair within 3 days of installation or color service.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on hair extensions once applied, irrespective of the reason, including change of mind, damage, or mistreatment, or use of unapproved products.
Product and Care Guidelines
Product Restrictions: Avoid using products with sulphates, parabens, proteins, silicones, or high-alcohol content on your hair extensions.
Environmental Care: Limit exposure to chlorine and saltwater for hair extension longevity.
Extension Quality and Maintenance: We use 100% Human Remy Double Drawn Hair of high grade. The lifespan of these extensions is approximately 9-12+ months, subject to proper care and usage. This includes avoidance of heat damage and careful selection of hair products.
