Our hair extensions are 100% Human Remy Double Drawn Hair and have an approximate lifespan of up to 9-12 months if they are looked after well. In some cases longer in some cases shorter. This all comes down to how well they have been looked after, heat damage from the use of heat tools and what products are used. Darker coloured extensions tend to last a little longer than lighter coloured extensions due the porosity levels in the hair.

Yes, you can style your hair extensions just like your natural hair. You can curl, straighten, or tone them as desired. However, it's essential to use heat protectant products and follow care instructions by Pamela Pilakis Hair to maintain their quality.

When installed and maintained correctly, hair extensions should not damage natural hair. It's crucial to choose high-quality hair extensions and have them applied by an experienced professional.

We recommend washing your hair extensions once or twice a week with shampoo and conditioner. Do not use any products containing sulphate, parabens, protein of any kind, biotin or keratin or those with a high alcohol content. Apply serum to the mids-ends daily. Brush them gently to prevent tangling and avoid excessive heat styling. Apply heat protection before heat styling. Book your maintenance appointments every 6-8 weeks.

A Keratin Treatment lasts 4-6 months. We recommend using sulphate free shampoo and conditioner for its longevity

Yes! Free consultations are available for hair extensions. If you decide to go ahead and book a new set of extensions, you will be required to make a 30% non-refundable deposit which will be deducted off the total amount on the day.

For blondes to the roots, it is recommended to rebook every 6-8 weeks, for balayage or any lived in colours it is recommended 8-10 weeks and for regrowth tints it is recommended every 6 weeks.
